We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were pleased with the convenient parking available and the easy access to transportation. The location on the sharp edges of the TV bracket provided us with stunning views and was perfect for hiking along the Harzer Hexen-Stieg. The breakfast served in the adjacent restaurant was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing not to love. It was truly a fantastic experience.

Amazing Nature and Delicious Breakfast
My partner and I had a romantic escape in the mountains, and we absolutely loved being surrounded by nature. The hiking trails were amazing, and the fresh air was invigorating. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was rich in local flavors and offered a great start to our day. self-check-in was convenient, and the view from our room was breathtaking.
We found it disappointing that the reception was only open for a few hours, making it challenging to get any assistance outside of those times. there was no room service available, which meant that we had to go out to fetch anything we needed.

The lack of communication from the staff was disappointing, with no English speakers available to assist us. the lack of WiFi and broken bed frame made for a less than comfortable stay.

Almost new self-service hotel. Fantastic view. Next to a really nice restaurant. Impressive menu card with great ice-cream. Located along the Harzer Hexen-Stieg. Beautiful location near hiking trails. Free parking. Nice breakfast in adjacent restaurant

I had a wonderful stay at this budget hotel tucked away in the beautiful countryside. the location was perfect, with hiking trails just a stone's throw away. the view from the hotel was breathtaking, especially from the impressive terrace of the adjacent restaurant. the breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying, offering a good start to the day. the self, service concept, with no reception and keys in lock boxes, was convenient and hassle, free. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, equipped with a TV and a cozy bed. the bathroom was well, maintained, and the staff ensured that everything was in order. it was a pleasant experience.
The lack of English, speaking staff made communication a bit challenging at times.
